We are lucky enough to have luxuriously flat grasslands surrounding our venue to ground our bell tents into the earth for your guest’s accommodation or to add effective pockets of space peppered throughout your event.
These bell tents can be designed and styled to suit the vibe you are hoping to bring to the space when you welcome your guests. If you prefer to do your own styling and set up within our gorgeous surrounds, there is a designated camping area for you to bring your own canvas, share story and gather while enjoying yourselves around a fire pit either the night before your event and to enjoy after.
Adding stylish extra pockets of space to your event, as well as creating a bohemian, magical, relaxed festival vibe, Bell tents are the way to go! Being extremely versatile and adaptable, they can be used for more than just sleeping in. Each Bell tent has plenty of space at 6 metres in size, allowing plenty of room to furnish when it comes to dressing the interior and decorating the exterior.
Whether a chill out area for guests to take five and relax and unwind, a beauty room for your guests to freshen up and change, or a kid’s entertainment area. We can beautifully tailor our bell tents to suit your requirements.
Camping for your guests
Being in an area with extremely low light pollution, the sky on a clear summer’s night is truly a wonder. The Milky Way and myriad constellations are on display for your personal enjoyment; and, if you are lucky enough, you may see a shooting star or two!
Which is why providing bell tent accommodation onsite is an affordable and superb way to treat your guests by bringing together like-minded people in a setting that brings them back into balance with and in nature to a night under the stars. It also creates a wonderful festival, camping yet luxurious feel to the event, so your guests can experience something different, as well as relaxing. Bell tents are not only super comfortable and cosy but they allow you to retain an original, bush craft feel and embrace the glamping trend by creating a comfortable, luxurious and chic interior for your guests too. As the evening gets the darker, from afar with the fairy lights twinkling add an extra romantic and festival feel to your event from afar too.
Bridal suite
A super special and romantic way to end your magical day is to wonder together through the twinkly wilds of the woodland to a secluded spot where your bell tent, adorned with fairy lights, bunting, as well as your very own fire pit, popping and burning bright awaits your arrival! A beautiful private space for you both to wind down and reconnect with each other under the mystical magical stars and clear moon on a summer’s night…. Another special touch is to leave each other a small gift or we can arrange a bottle of your favourite tipple and canapés… the bell tent will be decorated inside to create your wildest dream fairytale… with a real bed and the canvas doors that open to expose the gorgeous night sky! We couldn’t think of a more magical way to spend your evening as husband and wife.
Beauty base
It is every bride’s prerogative to have as many dress changes as she feels she would like… a bell tent is a superb space to create a dressing room for you and your bridesmaids. An area to regroup, retouch and reconnect. We can fit at least four fully stocked dressing tables and mirrors, along with clothes rails and full-length mirrors. We can create your dream beauty base for you and your special bridesmaids, where they can go and change in peace… either into more relaxed attire or an even more glamorous dress for the evening. The men can have their own beauty base too, where they can go and practice their speech in peace or take five and have a heart-to-heart with their best men. The beauty of having the bell tents is to help create a more relaxed approach to your day… so that the wedding party are not exposed for the entire day, they have areas they can relax and reconnect.
Chill out tents
Why not provide some chill out areas for your guests too? Again, this is a superb way to create a festival, relaxed vibe to everyone’s day. We can decorate three bell tents with different themes in each, so the guests can relax in their preferred ambience. Why not provide a water station, a fully stocked dressing table including sun creams, hair brushes, sewing kit (you never know), changing area and even a bed for those to have a nap, so there is a space for everyone to reconnect and regroup.
Kids entertainment
We can provide fully furnished bell tents for the children to camp out in and a separate all singing, all dancing tent for the adults. If you prefer to explore the great outdoors with a bit more rustic charm, there is plenty of space for groups to pop their own tents.
Or perhaps you only have 5 to ten children coming along, then we can simply deck the bell tent out with plenty of activities and games to keep them all entertained, as well as beds so they are all ready for the evening’s camp out. There is no end of possibilities to ensure the children experience all the fun of the great outdoors.
